Estate "het Haveke" was first mentioned in 1481 when "Herman ter
Havick", along with a large amount of money, presented it to his wife
as a wedding gift.
Around 1860 the old house was demolished and "Het Haveke" was newly
rebuilt.
Since then the owners have carried out several modifications. In 1948
"Het Haveke" became property of the Family of the Counts of
Rechteren-Limpurg-Speckfeld. Several years ago the property was left to
bequeath to the current owner.
Today the large park surrounding the house is open to the public during
daytime around the year.
